Housing and Human Concerns Committee (HHCC) 2007/2008 Funding Recommendations for the Human Services Financial Assistance (HSFA) Program HHCC Chair Bondonno explained the process used to prepare the recommendations. Melissa Lukin, Executive Director of CORA, thanked Council for the support on behalf of the clients, Board and staff. She stated that approximately 8,000 calls are handled a year on the hotline and that they know the decisions are difficult. Tippy Irwin thanked the Committee and Council for the support of the Ombudsman services.
