B. Renew contract with Third Party Administrator (TPA) for worker's compensation <br />administration services, Claims Management Inc. Public Service Easements at 31 and 41 Eaton Villa Place <br />Recommendation: <br />Accept, by motion, the dedication of public service easements granted by the <br />owners of 31 and 41 Eaton Villa Place (APN 051 - 172 -050 and APN 051 - 172 -040, <br />respectively) and direct the City Clerk to record deeds for these easements with the <br />County of San Mateo. Annual Tax Levy for the Redwood Shores Traffic Improvement District <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing the levy of special taxes for FY 2007/08 in the amount <br />of $845,694.04 on the parcels within Redwood City Community Facilities District 99- <br />1 (Shores Traffic Improvement District) to be used to pay the principal and interest <br />payments on bonds issued to finance certain transportation system improvements <br />within the district. (506) <br />RESOLUTION 14784 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS <br />THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 99 -1 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ANNUAL LEVY OF SPECIAL TAX FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007/08 <br />B. Amendment to the City of Redwood City's Classification Plan <br />Council Member Howard stated the specifications for the new position is impressive <br />for seeking an individual to educate the public about recycling water. There is a lot <br />of responsibility in administering the program and the person must have a great <br />deal of knowledge and background in recycled water. The emphasis on providing <br />excellent customer service and getting the community on board is critical to <br />communicating the message of using recycled water.
