Recommendation: <br />Amend the City's classification plan to add the new classification of Recycled Water <br />Specialist in Public Works Services (903) <br />RESOLUTION 14785 APPROVING JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF <br />RECYCLED WATER SPECIALIST <br />C.
