DES: d" 02/18/97 (064/42) <br />0 R I G I N A L 2/24/97 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. 13019 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN <br />FOR THE POSITIONS OF POLICE OFFICER AND POLICE OFFICER <br />TRAINEE; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12245 AND ANY <br />AND ALL AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Effective with the first pay period beginning on or <br />after September 1, 1995, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, are <br />hereby established for each of the employee positions within the <br />employment classifications of Police Officer and Police Officer <br />Trainee as set forth in Exhibit A for the designated steps <br />thereof for the period September 1, 1995 to and including August <br />31, 1996. <br />2. Effective with the first pay period beginning on or <br />after September 1, 1996, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "B", <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, are <br />hereby established for each of the employee positions within the <br />employment classifications of Police Officer and Police Officer <br />Trainee as set forth in Exhibit B for the designated steps <br />thereof for the period September 1, 1996 through August 31, 1997. <br />3. Employees granted part time appointments to positions <br />in the employment classifications of Police Officer and Police <br />Officer Trainee as set forth in Exhibits A and B shall be <br />compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the salary <br />
