Resolution No. 12245 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br />a Salary Schedule and Wage Pian for the Positions of Police <br />Sergeant, Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee; and <br />Rescinding Resolution No. 10855", adopted July 18, 1994, and any <br />and all amendment pertaining thereto, are hereby rescinded. <br />5. This resolution shall be effective on the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, the provisions of paragraphs 1, 2 <br />and 3 shall be operative retroactively with the first pay period <br />beginning on or after September 1 of each effective year. <br />iq <br />
