<br />8. Submit two sets of half-size drawings at the 50% level for State of California grant funding <br />review, and incorporate their comments into the 90% design. <br /> <br />9. Submit draft sets of drawings for City review up to four times prior to completion of the 90% <br />design. <br /> <br />10. Prepare contract docwnents including City front-end docwnents, bid lists, City and Engineer <br />technical specifications and other related docwnents for bid-build. <br /> <br />;f <br />11. Prepare permit applications fc;>r Union Pacific Railroad, Caltrans, Department ofFish and <br />Game, and Army Corp of Engineers' encroachments, for City's submittal to each. <br /> <br />12. Prepare 90% engineer's opinion of probable construction cost. <br /> <br />13. Provide 3 copies of a 90% submittal of final design for City review, including: <br /> <br />a. Half-size Drawings; <br /> <br />b. Contract and Technical Specifications; and <br /> <br />c. Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost and schedule. <br /> <br />14. Participate in a 90% Review Meeting with City staff. <br /> <br />15. Provide two copies of 90% half-size drawings and specifications for State of California grant <br />funding review. <br /> <br />Task 4 -100% Design <br /> <br />After incorporating the City's 90% review comments and State of California comments, <br />Consultant shall submit 3 copies of a 100% submittal including revised preliminary design <br />report, engineer's opinion of probable construction cost, design drawings and contract docwnents <br />for City's final review. After receiving City approval of the 100% submittal from City, the <br />Consultant shall deliver the following docwnents: <br /> <br />a) One set of full-size mylar stamped and signed final drawings, along with <br />specifications and contract docwnents; <br /> <br />b) One (1) copy of final quantity calculations and engineer's opinion of probable <br />construction costs. <br /> <br />All reports, plans, specifications and estimates shall be developed in computer format, including <br />the following: <br /> <br />a.
