Any additional trades would <br />need to be agreed to by both partners, meet specific ABAG guidelines and then be <br />reported to CCAG to be included in the formal Final Allocations. While it is unclear whether <br />any jurisdictions will approach Redwood City with a proposal for such a trade, it would be <br />prudent that Council direct that any such discussion would takes place both at a staff <br />technical level and at the policy level with Council. <br /> <br />.
