A typical way <br />to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br /> <br />Five years of progressively responsible experience in a top managerial <br />capacity in a large municipal organization involving the responsibility for <br />planning, organizing, implementing and supervising varied work <br />programs and processes. <br /> <br />Training: <br /> <br />Equivalent to a Masters degree from an accredited college or university <br />with major course work in public or business administration or a closely <br />related field. <br /> <br />License or Certificate: <br /> <br />Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Driver's License. <br /> <br />3 <br />
