<br />6.1E <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND <br />REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this _ day of <br />,20_, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter <br />called "County," and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, hereinafter called "City," and the REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, <br />hereinafter called "District"; all of which entities are refelTed to collectively as the "Parties" for <br />the Redwood City Family Centers. <br /> <br />W IIN gS.S.gIH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with <br />independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department <br />thereof; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement on September 12, 2006 for the <br />Redwood City Family Centers to provide coordination and administrative support to <br />interagency school based family resource centers at Taft, Fair Oaks, Hoover and Kennedy <br />Schools, which provide human services, health services, educational support and community <br />development activities to a community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to further amend the Agreement to add FY 2007-08 to <br />continue services of the Redwood City Family Centers and the term remains the same, July 1, <br />2006 through June 30, 2008. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Section 12 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Parties Provision ofFundine: <br /> <br />E. For Fiscal Year 2007-08 each of the Parties shall contribute the following <br />sums annually to support the work of the Redwood City Family Centers as <br />referenced herein as Exhibit A: <br /> <br />. 1 - <br />
