For Fiscal Year 2007-08, The County agrees to transfer to District its contribution in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS ($110,365), and the City agrees to transfer to District, its contributions in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000), within sixty (60) days of the date of the execution of this Agreement as referenced herein as Exhibit B. 3. Exhibit A is amended to read as follows: A. Funding from this Agreement will: (i) Maintain four Family Resource Centers (FRC's) located at Taft, Hoover, Fair Oaks and John F. Kennedy Schools, staffed with a coordinator, counselor(s), Benefit Analyst (B.A.) and clerical support, all of whom (except B.A. and counselor(s)) will be employees of Redwood City School District. 4. Exhibit B is amended in its entirety to read as follows: I. ~ PAYMENTS In full consideration of the term pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to the provisions of funding in paragraph 12.A of this Agreement herein, payment shall be made upon receipt of District's invoice on or after July 2007 as follows: A. County shall pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS ($110,365). B. City will pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000). C. The Redwood City School district will contribute NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000). 5. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement dated September 12, 2006, between the parties hereto shall remain in full force and effect. .2.
