Agency to provide specifications. <br /> <br />Design and place newspaper ads in peninsula papers for three weeks prior to this event <br /> <br />Hire and coordinate staging, tenting, shade covers, tables and chairs, umbrellas and <br />sound systems. <br /> <br />Hire all talent for the two stages. <br /> <br />Provide two electrical generators, staffing to set up generators. <br /> <br />Total cost for the above is $57,500. <br /> <br />This does not include paid Mercury News advertising, which should be budgeted <br />separately. <br />
