That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement' (form dated 01/30/97) by <br /> and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and Richard A. Heaps Electrical Contractor, Inc., a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk am hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Richard A. Heaps <br /> Electrical Contractor, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return to the <br />unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br />.aforementioned agreement, all securities guaranteeing execution of said <br />agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
