from within the boundaries of the 1997 Redevelopment Survey Area the <br />boundaries of the area to be added to the Project Area of Redevelopment <br />Project No. 2; to formulate a Preliminary Plan for the area selected; and to <br />submit said Preliminary Plan to the Agency for the preparation of an amendment <br />to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2. <br /> <br />4. This Council no longer desires to pursue creation of a free-standing State <br />Highway 101 Corridor Project, and, accordingly, hereby rescinds its Resolution <br />Nos. 12189, 12294 and 12302, and directs the Planning Commission and the <br />Redevelopment Agency to discontinue efforts in the formation of such Project <br />and to inform the interested persons and agencies of this action as may be <br />appropriate. <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
