The intent of our proposal is to assist the City in the general <br />management, peer review, and coordination of the General Plan Amendment, <br />Rezoning, Precise Plan, and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />Impact Sciences' proposed scope of work for The Preserve at Redwood Shores is <br />based on a series of four (4) tasks, as follows: <br /> <br />Task 1. Meetings <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will participate in a series of meetings through the duration of <br />the project's timeframe. This will include: <br /> <br />· Up to three (3) meetings with City staff to understand the project and <br />relevant City codes and procedures and to coordinate project review. <br /> <br />· Up to three (3) meetings with the applicant and/or community groups <br />on an as needed basis.
