Mr. Thomas Passanisi June 20, 2007 Page 2 . Up to three (3) meetings with the Architectural Review Committee, Planning Commission, and/or City Council. Task 2. Project Coordination Impact Sciences will coordinate and/or assist in coordination of processing the General Plan Amendment and Precise Plan. In addition to the meetings outlined in Task 1, Impact Sciences will: . Assist with or distribute project information to the City's Plan Review Committee (PRC) and coordinate preparation of staff comments on the proposed project. . Assist with or identify key project issues based on the City's adopted General Plan and other relevant land use policy and regulatory documents, and work with the appropriate City staff to identify solutions, if warranted, to key project issues. . Assist with or coordinate activities with other consultants retained by the City to support project review. . Assist with or prepare memoranda and reports to document key issues and project discussions. . Assist with or develop the language, graphics, and other information pertinent to the General Plan Amendment. . Assist with or prepare conditions of project approval. Task 3. EIR Coordination Impact Sciences will coordinate preparation of the project EIR by LSA Associates, Inc., including management of the EIR schedule, facilitating the flow of data between the City, applicant, and LSA, review of administrative drafts of the EIR, coordination and management of document reviews by City staff, and coordination of public and agency review processes and review periods. Task 4. Staff Report Preparation Impact Sciences will assist with or prepare staff reports for the proposed project for submittal to the Architectural Review Committee, Planning Commission, and/or City Council.
