Impact Sciences has provided a full range of planning and <br />environmental review services to public and private clients throughout California <br />since 1988. Our expertise includes environmental analysis and documentation <br />(CEQA and NEP A), general and specific plans, biological resource studies, air <br />quality and noise studies, and regulatory permitting assistance. <br /> <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />Our understanding of the project is that the City of Redwood City has received an <br />application for a Planned Development Permit, Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, <br />and Cordilleras Creek Setback Use Permit for property commonly identified as 50, <br />80, and 88 Finger Avenue, Redwood City. The applicant is proposing to demolish all <br />existing site improvements (one single family detached residential unit on each of <br />the three lots, along with several additional structures), re-subdivide the project site <br />into 9 lots, and develop each of the lots with a single family detached residential <br />unit. <br /> <br />;!
