Research of primary sources including maps, City directories and <br />collections, input from City of Redwood City's Historic Resources Advisory <br />Committee (HRAC), etc. <br /> <br />. Development of a brief context statement to determine historical <br />significance <br /> <br />. Circa: Historic Property Development will also assist in preparation of the <br />IS/MND with regard to cultural and historic resources. This will require: <br /> <br /> <br />Review of the Cultural Resources Evaluation for properties located at <br />50, 80 and 88 Finger Avenue, Redwood City, California, prepared by <br />Laura Jones, Ph.D. and received by the City from the applicant on <br />March 30, 2007 <br /> <br />Research of primary and secondary sources including reports, <br />evaluations, maps, City directories and collections, etc. relating to 90 <br />Finger Avenue <br /> <br />Analysis of the proposed development project as it relates to the <br />adjacent parcel containing the historic resource <br /> <br />Development of a preliminary impact analysis report <br /> <br />George Nickelson, Omni-Means Ltd. <br /> <br />The proposed project would introduce nine new residential units to the <br />neighborhood, which would result in a net increase in traffic on Finger Avenue, and <br />would add to the demand for on-street parking. George Nickelson will conduct a <br />peer review of the Traffic Impact Analysis prepared by Richard K. Hopper and <br />dated December 19, 2006. Specific tasks will include: <br /> <br />. Review of the traffic impact analysis trip generation/distribution <br />assumptions <br /> <br />. Verification of the traffic impact analysis' Level of Service (LOS) calculations <br />for study intersection <br /> <br />. Examination of the traffic impact analysis' roadway segment (TIRE) <br />analyses <br /> <br />. Assessment of the proposed project's parking adequacy and potential <br />neighborhood impacts <br /> <br />. Evaluation of the proposed project's access/circulation <br />
