Data to be utilized in preparation of the <br />Administrative Draft IS/MND will include, but not be limited to, information <br />reviewed and collected as part of Task 1, various technical studies prepared by the <br />project applicant, an historic evaluation to be prepared by Circa: Historic Property <br />Development, and a peer review of the applicant's biological assessment and <br />transportation impact analysis. No other technical studies are contemplated as part <br />of preparation of the Administrative Draft IS/MND. <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will be joined by three (3) subcontractors to assist with preparation <br />of the IS/MND: <br /> <br />· Sheila McElroy, Circa: Historic Property Development (historic structures <br />and setting) <br /> <br />· George Nickelson, Omni-Means Ltd. (traffic and parking) <br /> <br />· Josh Phillips, Pacific Biology (biological resources) <br /> <br />Their specific scopes of work follow: <br /> <br />Sheila McElroy, Circa: Historic Property Development <br /> <br />Any property over fifty years of age requires a Historical Evaluation (Phase I). This <br />scope has been developed for three residences and adjacent ancillary buildings <br />located on Finger Avenue (50, 50a, 80, 80a, 80b, and 88 Finger Ave.) Redwood City, <br />California. In addition, due to proposed development adjacent to a known historic <br />resource, a Preliminary Impact Analysis will be conducted for 90 Finger Avenue (a <br />Redwood City Landmark). Development of the Historical Evaluation and Historic <br />Context Statement will occur in tandem.
