Evaluation of the proposed project's compatibility with the capability to <br />allow the future restoration of Cordilleras Creek consistent with the recent <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendment focused on creek restoration. <br /> <br />. The biological resources section of the IS/MND will be prepared. As <br />appropriate, the section will incorporate the description of biological <br />resources contained in the TRA Biological Assessment. The section will <br />address all relevant CEQA significance criteria, describe potential impacts to <br />biological resources, and recommend measures to mitigate potential <br />impacts. <br /> <br />Impact Sciences' Project Manager will, during preparation of the Administrative <br />Draft IS/MND, attend up to two meetings with City staff to discuss potential <br />environmental effects of the proposed project for the purpose of exploring project <br />design refinements that would reduce or eliminate potential effects. <br /> <br />Task 3. Prepare IS/MND <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will refine the Administrative Draft IS/MND, based on comments <br />provided by City staff on the Administrative Draft, to prepare the IS/MND. This <br />task will include the preparation of a screen check or pre-print copy of the IS/MND, <br />to allow City staff the opportunity to verify that all revisions to the Administrative <br />Draft IS/MND are properly included in the IS/MND prior to printing and <br />distribution. Distribution of the IS/MND for the agency and public review period <br />will be the responsibility of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Task 4. Prepare Responses to Comments and Mitigation Monitoring <br />and Reporting Program <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will, in concert with City staff, review all comments received on the <br />IS/MND through the agency and public review period. The purpose of the review <br />will be to determine which, if any comments will warrant written responses. Written <br />responses to comments on the IS/MND may be included in the IS/MND as an <br />appendix or may be used by City staff in reports to the City's Planning Commission <br />and/or City Council. <br />
