<br />Mr. Charles Jany <br />June 26, 2007 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will prepare a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />(MMRP) to assist the City track implementation of all mitigation measures through <br />construction and operation of the proposed project. The format of the MMRP will be <br />defined in consultation with City staff. <br /> <br />Impact Sciences' Project Manager will attend one meeting with City staff to review <br />comments received on the IS/MND. Impact Sciences' Project Manager will also <br />attend up to two meetings with the City's Planning Commission and/or City <br />Council to support City staff through project review and action. <br /> <br />City staff will be responsible for preparation of and filing the Notice of <br />Determination (NOD). The applicant shall be responsible for payment of the NOD <br />filing fee and the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) fee. <br /> <br />Task 5. Project Entitlement and Management <br /> <br />Impact Sciences' Project Manager will, as an extension of City staff, assume the lead <br />for managing the processing of the Planned Development Permit, Vesting Tentative <br />Subdivision Map, and Cordilleras Creek Setback Use Permit. This will include, but <br />not be limited to, the following: <br /> <br />Task 5.1. Coordination of and attendance at one background public meeting <br />and/or study session regarding the proposed project, which may, <br />depending on comments received at the meeting, result in revision of <br />the scope of work for preparation of the IS/MND. <br /> <br /> <br />Task 5.2. Coordination of and participation in up to two meetings with other <br />interested parties, including adjacent property owners or businesses, <br />and responsible regional and state agencies. <br /> <br />Task 5.3. Preparation and/or assistance in the preparation of all written <br />communications between the City and project applicant. <br /> <br />Task 5.4. Coordination of communication (including preparation of written <br />materials) with other interested parties, including adjacent property <br />owners or businesses, and responsible regional and state agencies. <br /> <br />Task 5.5. Preparation of letters and memoranda necessary to outline the project <br />status or review comments. <br /> <br />
