Mr. Charles Jany June 26, 2007 Page 8 Task 5.6 Preparation and/or assistance with the preparation of staff reports to the City's Architectural Review Committee (ARC), HRAC, Planning Commission, and City Council. Task 5.7 Attendance at up to two meetings with the City's ARC and/or HRAC. Impact Sciences' proposed scope of work does not include preparation of the Planned Development Permit or its Notice of Official Action (NOA), but does include peer review of the NOA by Impact Sciences. SCHEDULE Impact Sciences anticipates submittal of the Administrative Draft IS/MND (Task 2) within six weeks of receiving authorization to proceed. The remainder of the schedule for tasks 3, 4, and 5 will be refined in consultation with City staff during Task 1. BUDGET Impact Sciences has estimated a total budget of $36,119 to complete Tasks 1 through 4, based on our current understanding of the project. The allocation of costs by task and personnel resources is presented in Attachment A. The budget estimate for Task 5 is $10,716, and is not intended to be a "not to exceed" estimate inasmuch as the project and process present a number of uncertainties that cannot reasonably be projected at this writing. If Impact Sciences determines that additional budget is required for Task 5, the City will be notified in advance of excess expenditures. DELIVERABLES The City did not specify the number of each of the deliverables to be submitted, however, based on past experience with the City, Impact Sciences has made certain assumptions about the number of each deliverable as outlined below: . Administrative Draft IS/MND (8 printed copies and one electronic copy in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDF format) .
