Mr. Anderson will be the primary contact for all communications <br />between City staff throughout the project. Mr. Anderson will be joined by Sara <br />Morton, Staff Planner for preparation of the IS/MND. <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will also be assisted by Sheila McElroy of Circa: Historic Property <br />Development, George Nickelson of Omni-Means Ltd., and Josh Phillips of Pacific <br />Biology. <br /> <br />Resumes for all team members are available upon request. <br /> <br />LIMITATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS <br /> <br />The scope, schedule, and budget outlined above are predicated on the following <br />limitations and assumptions: <br /> <br /> . <br /> . <br />!{ <br />~! <br />" <br />i~ . <br />~:' <br />% <br />I . <br />I <br /> <br />m <br />~ <br /> <br />Data requests submitted to the City of Redwood City will be fulfilled and <br />submitted to Impact Sciences within one week of the receipt of the request. <br /> <br />The City will provide to Impact Sciences within one week of Impact <br />Sciences' receipt of a notice to proceed a list of all past, present, and <br />reasonably foreseeable projects. <br /> <br />There will be a maximum of one round of review and comment on the <br />Administrative Draft IS/MND by City staff. <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will attend up to a maximum of eleven meetings with, City <br />staff, the City's ARC and HRAC, community meetings, and the City's <br />Planning Commission and/or City Council as outlined in Tasks 1 through 5. <br />Attendance at additional meetings or hearings will be invoiced on a time <br />and materials basis at the stated hourly rates. <br /> <br />· Preparation of responses to comments received on the IS/MND is limited to <br />the total hours allocated to the task identified in the project budget <br />(Attachment A); if the volume of comments requires resources beyond those <br />
