Permittee shall clean up and dispose of all <br />ammunition and other materials that are used during the <br />usage of the Range pursuant to this Permit, and shall leave <br />the Range in at least the same clean and safe condition as <br />it was prior to usage by Permittee. Empty cartridges <br />resulting from Patrol Members' shooting will be the property <br />of the City. <br /> <br /> 15. Permittee shall promptly report any observed <br />discrepancies or problems with the Range to the City. <br /> <br /> 16. City and Permittee affirm that they are equal <br />opportunity employers, and shall comply with applicable <br />regulations governing equal employment opportunity. Neither <br />City nor Permittee shall discriminate in the employment of <br />any person because of race, religion, color, national <br />origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, <br />marital status, sex, or age, unless based upon a bona fide <br />occupational qualification pursuant to the California Fair <br />Employment and Housing Act. <br /> <br /> 17. Permittee shall be subject to examination and audit <br />by authorized City employees and retained independent <br />auditors for a period of three (3) years after final payment <br />under this Permit.
