Permittee shall not permit more than 92 Patrol <br />Members (the "Roster") to occupy and/or use the Range <br />pursuant to and during the term of this Permit. <br /> <br /> 9. Permittee shall maintain the Roster. It shall <br />include the names, times, and dates of each use of the Range <br />by Patrol Members pursuant to this Permit, and Permittee <br />shall submit all Rosters to the City for review no later <br />than June 30, 1997. <br /> <br /> 10. This Permit is valid and enforceable only if <br />sufficient funds are made available by the Budget Act of the <br />appropriate fiscal year for the purposes of this Permit. If <br />the Legislature or the Governor imposes any limitations or <br />conditions affecting the provisions, terms, or funding of <br />this Permit in any manner, then Permittee shall promptly <br />notify the City of those limitations or conditions, and the <br />City may immediately notify Permittee that this Permit is no <br />longer valid or enforceable, and shall be of no further <br />force or effect. <br /> <br /> 11. This Permit may be terminated by either party by <br />giving at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the <br />other party before the termination date. <br /> <br /> 12. Upon termination of this Permit under either <br />paragraph 10 or 11, Permittee shall, within thirty (30) <br />days, submit to City the Roster required under paragraph 9 <br />detailing usage by Permittee to the date of termination. <br /> <br /> 13. Permittee shall ensure that all Patrol Members who <br />visit the Range in connection with the usage of the Range <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> 12961 <br /> <br /> <br />
