DES:djk 08/20/96 (001/59) <br /> <br /> (~96-C1337) <br /> blg <br /> <br />shall be Four Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars <br />($4,800.00) payable in semi-annual equal installments each. <br /> <br /> City agrees to submit all invoices in duplicate to the <br />Area office address for approval indicating the Permit No. <br />96-C1337. Invoices not on pre-printed bill head shall be <br />signed by City furnishing said service. Payment will be <br />made within fifty (50) calendar days from the postmarked <br />date of a said submitted invoice. <br /> <br /> 4. City makes no warranties or representations <br />regarding the Range's suitability or adequacy for any <br />weapons use or training by Permittee. <br /> <br /> 5. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, <br />1996, through June 30, 1999. <br /> <br /> 6. Permittee shall only allow members of the <br />Department of California Highway Patrol who are permanently <br />assigned to the Redwood City Area (hereinafter "Patrol <br />Members") to use or enter the Range under this Permit. <br /> <br /> 7. The Range shall be open and usable by Patrol <br />Members at such times as are mutually agreed upon by both <br />parties hereto; City will endeavor to make the Range <br />available for the exclusive use by Permittee on two and one <br />half days per month. However, it is expressly understood <br />that exclusive use of the Range by Patrol Members will be <br />subject to the prior approval of the City, and at the City's <br />sole discretion.
