Resolution No. 12720 adopted April 8, 1996 with Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., the <br />Contract Manager/General Contractor, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Expansion <br />Specialties, Inc. are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4.
