<br />I will conclude with restating from my December 5th speech that Costco's proposed <br />project is not an isla.nd unto itself. Redwood Vtllage is located in a corridor of heavily <br />used streets and in a City that is trying to promote economic growth. Costco's goal is to <br />increase sales revenue.
