The following diagrams and volumes
illustrate the addition and subtraction of trips that are expected to use Willow Street and Stambaugh
Street. These diagrams not only present Costco project trips but also the rerouting of existing traffic
with the implementation of a new signal at Willow Street.

EXISTING

The roadway volumes presented are daily
volumes for each roadway segment by
direction.

The new signal will allow motorists to make
left-turn movements at the Willow/Middlefield
intersection. This will enable motorists
travelling to/from the developments to the
North to access Middlefield via Willow instead
of travelling further south via Charter and
Stambaugh.

160 W.
