This will enable motorists <br />travelling from the North to access Sigona's <br />more directly via Willow (versus travelling <br />around the block). A majority of Sigona's <br />patrons from the North currently make a u- <br />turn at Charter. These volumes represent a <br />small percentage of those vehicles who <br />cannot currently make this u-turn. <br /> <br />The new signal will allow motorists to make <br />left-turn movements at the Willow/Middlefield <br />intersection. This will enable motorists leaving <br />Sigona's and travelling to the South to make <br />a direct left-turn movement onto Middlefield <br />via Willow (versus travelling around the <br />block). <br /> <br />Reroute of existing trips to the development. <br /> <br />2 <br />
