I accepted the award for the City. <br /> <br />The Conference focused 011 prdfessional developmellt understand "Smart Growth", how to build <br />livable communities; overcoming issues with traffic and pedestrian conflicts. Reports must be <br />submitted before the City of Redwood City will pay per diem or reimbursement for the conference or the meeting. Reports are not required for City <br />Council meetings, or meetings with Council members, the City Manager, City Attorney or City Cleric <br />
