To develop <br />the additional trip generation, three other similar Costco warehouses <br />that underwent an expansion were reviewed. Based on before and <br />after door count data from each Costco, it was found that the door <br />count data increased an average of 3.1 percent. This data was <br />used to estimate the additional vehicle trips generated by the <br />warehouse expansion by applying a 3.1 percent growth to the <br />existing warehouse calculated trips." <br />
