<br />· Green Light Transportation's Memorandum to Fehrs & Peers Transportation <br />Consultants dated October 31 , 2006: <br />Traffic Impacts (page 1) <br /> <br />· "In order to determine the impact of the expansion of the warehouse, door count data <br />at 3 similar warehouses was evaluated before and after their expansions to determine <br />the increase in site-generated trips. On average, door counts increased 3.1 percent. <br /> <br />· Increasing the existing site trips by 3.1 percent for the previous site plan and for the <br />current site plan results in the same increase in site trips. The services at the <br />warehouse and fuel station remain unchanged. Therefore, the site-generated trips <br />and traffic impact for the new site plan is expected to be comparable to the previous <br />plan. Additionally trip generated information is provided in Kittelson and Associates' <br />Transportation Impact Analysis." <br />
