Our Neighborhood's position has not changed from the start with opposition to the addition of a fueling center at the location sought. Be it a CosteD fueling station or any other corporate or independent one, a fueling station alone would bring about environmental, social, and economic impacts that are detrimental. If anything, we feel that certification of the FEIR was premature. We feel that though the City conducted exhausting studies, there are still areas that should be deemed potential significant impacts warranting further studies in the many areas, some ofwruch are specified above.
