Data requests submitted to the City will be fulfilled and submitted to Impact <br />Sciences within one (1) week of the receipt of the request. <br /> <br />. There will be a maximum of one round of review and comment on the <br />Administrative Draft IS/MND Addendum by City staff. <br /> <br />. Impact Sciences will attend up to a maximum of two (2) meetings with the <br />City's Planning Commission and/ or City Council as outlined in Task 3; <br />Attendance at additional meetings or hearings will be invoiced on a time <br />and materials basis at the stated hourly rates. <br /> <br />. The number of copies of each of the deliverables is limited to the number of <br />copies identified under the heading "Deliverables"; Impact Sciences will <br />provide additional copies beyond those specifically listed on a time and <br />materials basis. <br /> <br />. The applicant shall submit to Impact Sciences a revised solar study for the <br />project as revised. <br /> <br />. The applicant shall submit to Impact Sciences updated hazardous materials <br />data, <br /> <br />. Additional studies not identified in this proposal and any optional or <br />additional tasks identified by City will require review for effects on scope <br />and budget. <br /> <br />. Impact Sciences may reallocate time and budget among the Impact Sciences <br />team and among the identified tasks without further approval by the City. <br /> <br />Maureen, again, thank you for inviting Impact Sciences to submit a proposal to <br />prepare an IS/MND Addendum for the proposed 885 Woodside Road <br />condominium project.
