<br />Ms. Maureen Riordan <br />July 17, 2007 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will refine the project schedule for the balance of the tasks in <br />consultation with City staff. <br /> <br />BUDGET <br /> <br />Impact Sciences has estimated a total budget of $12,355 to complete the three tasks, <br />based on our current understanding of the project. The allocation of costs by task <br />and personnel resources is presented in Attachment A. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES <br /> <br />Impact Sciences has made certain assumptions about the number of copies of each <br />deliverable as outlined below: <br /> <br />. Administrative Draft ISjMND Addendum (5 printed copies; one electronic <br />copy in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDP format) <br /> <br />. ISjMND (25 printed copies, one camera-ready copy, one electronic copy in <br />Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDP format) <br /> <br />. MMRP (5 printed copies, one camera-ready copy, one electronic copy in <br />Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDP format <br /> <br />KEY PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS <br /> <br />Dain Anderson, Associate Principal, will serve as Project Manager for all phases of <br />the project. Mr. Anderson will be the primary contact for all communications with <br />City staff throughout the project. Mr. Anderson will be joined by Sara Morton, Staff <br />Planner for preparation of the ISjMND Addendum. <br /> <br />Gary Black, Hexagon Transportation Consultant's President, will lead finalization of <br />the draft revised traffic study and will also assist Impact Sciences in the preparation <br />of the ISjMND Addendum. Mr. Black will also represent Hexagon Transportation <br />Consultants at meetings with the Planning Commission andj or City Council. <br /> <br />Resumes for all team members are available upon request. <br />
