Observation of traffic patterns on Horgan Avenue at Newcastle Drive to <br />determine how much project traffic might use Newcastle Drive with the <br />proposed project's driveway on Horgan Avenue. <br /> <br />. Revision of the revised traffic study to include new data and to respond <br />to City comments on the draft revised traffic study. The comments <br />direct changes to the local street evaluation criterion and additional <br />analysis of the relocated driveway on Woodside Road. <br /> <br />TASK 2. PREP ARE ISfMND ADDENDUM <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will refine the Administrative Draft ISjMND Addendum, <br />based on comments provided by City staff, to prepare the ISjMND <br />Addendum. <br /> <br />TASK 3. MEETING ATTENDANCE AND MITIGATION <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> <br />Impact Sciences' Project Manager and a representative of Hexagon <br />Transportation Consultants will attend up to two (2) meetings with the <br />City's Planning Commission andj or City Council to support City staff <br />through project review and action. <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will prepare a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program (MMRP) to assist the City track implementation of all mitigation <br />measures through construction and operation of the proposed project. The <br />format of the MMRP will be defined in consultation with City staff. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Impact Sciences anticipates submittal of the Administrative Draft ISjMND <br />Addendum within 2 weeks of receiving authorization to proceed from the City. <br /> <br />1 Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc., under separate contract, prepared a draft revised <br />traffic study that presented an evaluation of the revised project driveway. City staff have <br />reviewed the draft report and provided specific direction for revisions to that draft report. <br />
