ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY <br />COUNCILHREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD: <br />M/S Ira /Bain to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. The motion <br />passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with Council Member <br />Howard absent. <br />PWS Superintendent Gordon Mann thanked the Council, staff, and community upon his <br />retirement from the City. He stated that he has had the privilege of working in three <br />departments, learning while observing the City, the community and his co- workers grow <br />and accomplish many goals. He further stated that public service has been a very <br />rewarding career and he appreciates the opportunity. <br />6.1 Section —Motions - <br />A.
