Agreement for Land Surveying Services for the Citywide Elevation Reference <br />System Upgrade Program <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, the consultant agreement with Meridian Surveying <br />Engineering, Inc. (Meridian) of San Francisco to provide land surveying services for <br />the citywide elevation reference system upgrade program in an amount not to <br />exceed $139,523.84, and authorize City Manager to execute same. Agreement with Vogel Strategies for the Negotiation with Syufy (Century Theater) <br />regarding the use of their site by US 101. <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement with Vogel <br />Strategies, a Consultant, for a month to month extension to his present contract in <br />an amount not to exceed $60,000 or six months.
