Recommendation: <br />M/S Howard /Bain to approve by motion a recommendation by the Personnel <br />Committee to have the City's Human Resources Department conduct a <br />recruitment process for a new City Clerk. (901) <br />The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. MINUTE ORDER 07 -140 <br />7. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST (continued) — <br />D. Council Member Aguirre — stated that she attended a Bay Area Water Forum <br />meeting earlier in the day and that she is pleased to say that the Forum will be <br />visiting the Redwood City recycled water project on September 24. Experts from <br />different water agencies throughout the Bay Area will be on a special field trip to <br />visit the new plant. The Forum has asked for study of SBA 12 and is seeking <br />support from local government regarding the property related fees. <br />E. Council Member Howard — on Friday evening, July 20, the Redwood City <br />library hosted a Harry Potter party that was attended by hundreds of youth and <br />families. She thanked the staff for the time devoted and the wonderful time and <br />activities provided in such a wonderful and enthusiastic manner. <br />10.
