Caltrans and the County of San Matea can and <br /> shouid adopt proposed mitigation measure TRAi�-1.3. As the Ciiy o� Redwood City <br /> does nat have control over this intersection and cannot implement this mitigation, the <br /> City Council of the City of Redwood City finds this impact to be significant and <br /> unavoidabie. <br /> Mitigation TRAN-1.4: Transportation Demand Manaqement (TDM) Proqram. <br /> Incorporation af the fallowing measures into the Transportation Demand Management <br /> (TC"J�) program required by C/CAG wo:�ld reduce the number of motor uehicle trips or <br /> the length of the tri�s.
