The Sequoia <br /> Hospitaf Precise P}an proposes: 1} adoption of a Precise Plan; 2) changes to the <br /> General Plan land use map description far Precise Plan Area A from "Gommerciaf <br /> Office" to "Hospital," Precise Plan Area B will retain its existing "Commercial Office" <br /> and "Residential" General Plan designations; and 3) zoning changes fram PO <br /> (Prafessional Office) and R1 (Residential) to P (Planned Communify) District within <br /> the entire 18-acre Precise Pfan area (Precise Plan Area A and B). The Draf# <br /> EIR has identified that the project would have significant impacts in the areas of <br /> transportation, noise, air quality (construction), biological resources, and hydralogy <br /> and water quality. All of these impacts cou�d be mitigated to less-than-significant <br /> Ievels except for transportation. <br /> In addition, three feaking underground fuel tanks were located within the Precise Plan <br /> area and are listed on the State Wa�er Resources Control Board Leaking <br /> Underground Fuel Tank (LUFT) list, ane of the lis#s enumerated under #he Ca(ifornia <br /> Government Cade section 65962.5 (San Mateo County case #330113}. The tanks <br /> have subsequent(y been remediated and c{osed.
