Certify by motion the Sequoia Hospital Fina! Environmental impact Report (Finai <br /> EIR), including the Amendment that incorparates revisions to the Draft EIR <br /> transpor�ation anaiysis, subject to impiementatian of the EiR mitigafiion measures <br /> and based on the findings ou#lined befow: <br /> a) The Final EIR has been completed in compliance with the California <br /> Environmenfial Quality Act (CEQA); <br /> b) The Final EIR has been presented to the decision-making body of the City, and <br /> the decision-making body has reviewed and considered the informatian <br /> contained in the Final EIR befare recommending approval of the project; <br /> c) The Final EIR reflects the City's independent judgment and analysis; <br /> d} A Draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program {MMRP) has been prepared <br /> for the project and will be incarporated in the conditions of approval to avoid or <br /> substan�ialiy lessen significant environmentaf effects (Attachment A}. <br /> 2. Adopt a Reso{ution of Intention to amend the General Plan land use map for Pr�cise <br /> Plan Area A from Hospital-"Cammercial Office" to Hospital`Public and Quasi Public" <br /> {Attachment B}.� <br /> 3. Adapt a Resofution of Intention to amend Articls 60, Zoning Map No 13 (Canyon <br /> Neighborhood) to rezone the real prope�ty at Sequoia Hospital from PO <br /> (Professional Office) and R-1 (Residential} to P (Planned Community) District within <br /> t�e entire 18-acre Precise Pian area (Attachment C). <br /> 4. Recommend that the City Cauncil: <br /> a) Adopt a Resolution for a Statement of Overriding Considerations and MMRP in <br /> accordance with CEQA for each significant unavoidable environmental impac# <br /> identifiecf in the Sequoia Hospital EIR. <br /> b) Adopt a Resolution amending the Genera! Plan land use map for Precise P(an <br /> Area A from Hospital- "Commercial Office" to Hospital- "Public and Quasi-Public". <br /> c) Adopt an ardinance amending Article 60, Zoning Map No �3 (Canyon <br /> Neighborhood) to rezone the real property at Sequaia Hospital fram PC <br /> (Professionai Office) and R-1 (Residential) to P (Planned Community) District <br /> within the entire 18-acre Precise Plan area. <br /> ' Precise Plan Rrea B wi![retain its existing"Cammercial Office"and"Residential"General Plan land use map <br /> designations.
