FINANCIAL STATEMENT/ANALYSIS- AUDIT. Contractor shall make avaikable to City, or <br /> the public, upon reques#, a financial stafement and analysis sefting forth in detail the manner in which, <br /> and the specific purposes for which, the funds paid hereunder were expended to the date of such <br /> accounting. 1n acSdition to the foregoing, and in any event, Contractor sha41 submit to City no kater than <br /> July 31, 2008, a copy of#he agency or program's financial statement.
