No members, officers, or ernp[oyees ar agen#s of the <br /> City of Redwood City, no member af the Gity Gouncil and na other public official who exercises any <br /> funct€on or responsibility with respect#o#his agreement or Contractor's Program during his or her tenure, <br /> or far one year thereafter, shafl have any inferest, direct or indirect, in this contract oe a reiated <br /> subca�traet, or the proceeds thereof. Contracior shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a <br /> provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> 16. LOBBYItVG PROHIBITING. Funds provided under this agreement shall not be used by <br /> Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat Iegislation pending before <br /> federal, state, or local government. <br /> 17. REL.IGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. There shall be no re(igious worsh"sp, instructEon or <br /> praselytizing as apart of, or in connection with the performance of this agreement. <br /> 5 <br />
