1. The City of Redwood City and the Port of Redwood City intend to <br />cooperate in the enforcement of Tariff 7 and of the California Harbor and <br />Navigation Code in connection with the removal and disposition of sunken, <br />abandoned, or unseaworthy vessels within the Port Area. <br /> <br /> 2. The City of Redwood City and the Port of Redwood City intend to <br />cooperate in the enforcement of Tariff 7 and the California Harbor and <br />Navigation Code in connection with the regulation of anchoring out and mooring <br />of vessels within the Port Area as is deemed appropriate and subject to available <br />personnel and financial resources of the City and the Port_. <br /> <br /> 3. The City of Redwood City will provide assistance to the Port of <br /> Redwood City to locate, remove, and dispose of sunken, abandoned, and <br /> unseaworthy vessels within the Port Area under the direction of the Port Harbor <br /> Master and subject to available personnel and financial resources of the City and <br /> the Port. <br /> <br /> 4.
