<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Storefront Graphic Design/Marketing <br />Two Fish Design <br /> <br />The Phantom Galleries Redwood City Project shall include the following services: <br /> <br />A. Two Fish Design will install between 48 and 80 storefront Phantom Galleries <br />("PG") or art exhibits in vacant storefronts in Downtown Redwood City ("RWC"), <br />pursuant to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Two Fish will recruit, organize and facilitate all artists' (including independent, <br />collectives, organizations, etc) and their exhibit installations, emphasizing the <br />recruitment and involvement of local RWC artists. <br />2. Each window dimension of 4' by 8' shall count as one installation. <br />3. Installations will rotate every three months. <br />4. All hardware, presentation panels, wood, paint, labor, etc. will be provided by <br />Two Fish. <br />5. Two Fish will be present during all installations to assist the artists and to safe <br />keep the property. <br />6. Two Fish will work closely with the RWC Redevelopment Agency staff and <br />the RWC Civic Cultural Commission in identifying local artists and potential <br />exhibit sites. <br />7. The Redevelopment Agency staff will facilitate, as needed, contacts with <br />downtown property owners regarding the use of their properties. <br />8. Two Fish agrees to vacate the sites within no more than 5 days upon <br />notification by the property owners of signed rental agreements with new <br />tenants. <br /> <br />B. Two Fish will provide graphic design and marketing services to promote the <br />galleries and exhibits as follows: <br /> <br />1. All window identifiers, including PG logo and project descriptions, artist name <br />and contact information. <br />2. All media/press releases and calendar listing regarding installation sites, <br />artist's names and duration of exhibition. <br />3. Website presence with PG Redwood City information, project description and <br />photo documentation. <br />4. Email announcements to artists as other exhibit opportunities reveal <br />themselves ( i.e. restaurants, cafes, banks, office lobbies, city calls for art, <br />etc.). <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2007.038 <br />071707 <br /> <br />11 <br />
