Two Fish will provide quarterly reports to RWC Redevelopment Agency <br />regarding achievements, local artist involvement, photos, etc. <br /> <br />Several potential sites have been identified. They include but are not limited to: <br /> <br />The corner of Middlefield & Broadway, with seven 4' by 8' windows to the left <br />of the Fox and three 4' by 8' windows to the right of the Fox. <br />On Broadway complex with nineteen 4' by 8' windows. <br />865, 871 and 881 Middlefield with ten 4' by 8' windows. <br />2120 Broadway with four 4' by 8' windows. <br />2116 Broadway, where it is recommended wood panels be installed for <br />murals. <br />Sequoia Hotel, with two windows 6' by 6' if safety of the artwork can be <br />insured. <br />Potential mural sites (customized photo murals, vinyl adhesives especially for <br />the archways) potential locations to be determined. <br /> <br />Compensation: The total fee payable for the services described above shall not exceed <br />$48,000. An initial payment of $8,000 will be provided for initial startup based upon <br />hard costs plus time and labor to get the project jump started. Thereafter, $500 per <br />installation upon completion will be paid, to be invoiced monthly. Mural installations will <br />be proposed and estimated separately and installed upon written authorization to <br />proceed by the Agency.
