No specific park projecfis are assaciated with the establishment af an Active Parkland Standard and adoption af parkland dedication and in-lieu fee ordinances. The proposed praject is palicy-oriented and would esfiablish a park sfandard and create a funding mechanism for future park develapment. When and if specific park projects are developed and proposed far implementation, the environmental impacts of such facilities would be evaluated in accordance with CEQA and City practice. Section 4. Severabilitv.If any provision, section, paragraph, sentence ar word of this Ordinance, or#he applicatian thereof to any persan or circums#ance, is rendered or declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions, sactions, paragraphs, sentences or words of this Ordinance, and their appiication to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affec#ed thereby and shall remain in full force and effect and, to that end, the provisions of this Ordinance are severable.
