Side or backyard service is considered an <br /> optiona! service; and <br /> WHEREAS, Request is made far a resolution to be adopted approving the solid <br /> waste, recyclable materials, and organie materials collection services outlined in the <br /> South Bayside Waste Management Autharity (SBWMA) August 2, 2007 draft RFP #or <br /> collection serviees; and <br /> 1�1lHEREAS, Request is made that the contract terms detailed in the SBWMA's <br /> Augus� 2, 2007 draft uniform franchise agreement for solid waste, recyc(abie materials, <br /> and organic materials collection services be approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, Request is made that the scope of services in fihe SBWMA's August <br /> 2, 2007 draf# RFP for the operation of fihe Shoreway Recycling and Dispasal Center <br /> (SRDC) be approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, Request is made fhat the contract #erms in the SBWMA's August 2, <br /> 2007 draft agreement for the operation of the SRDC; and <br /> WHEREAS, Request is made to acknowledge receipt ofi the report on the <br /> proposed renovation and expansion of the SRDC; and <br /> WHEREAS, a!1 member agency approvals must be comp(eted by Sepfiember 28, <br /> 2007 and brought to the October 25, 2007 SBWMA Board meeting for final approval; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ClTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOa CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
