Lessar and Lessee shall execute, on request, all other documents and instruments as #he other party shall reasonably request, which are reasonably required to carry out obligatians imposed under, and affect the purposes of, this Agreement. 28.13 Counterparts: Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile and/or in ane ar more counterparts, each of whic� shall be deemed an original, and a�i of whici� taken tagether sha11 canstitute one a�d the same instrument. 28.14 Governing Law. This Lease shall be governed and construed in accordance with the statutes and laws of the State of California. 28.15 Venue. INSURANCE R�QUIREMENTS 29.1 Prior to the opening date, Lessee must provide Lessor the follawing insurance requirements. Lessee at its sole cost and expense, shall insure its activities in connection with this Agreement and obtain, keep in force and maintain insurance as follows: (a) Comprehensive or Commercial Form General Liability Insurance that is at least as broad as the Insurance Service Office (ISO} Form No. CG QO 01 (contractual liability and fire legal liabilify included} with mirtimum limi#s as follows 1. Each Occurrence: One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) 2. Products/Completed Operations Aggregate: One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) 3. General Aggregate: Two Million Dollars {$2,000,000} 4. Fire �egal Liability to at least One Million Dallars ($1,000,000) (b) Business Automobile Liability Inssarance that is at least as braad as the 1S0 Form No, CA 00 01 for owned, scheduled, non-owned, or hired automabiles with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) peroccurrence. (c) Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability lnsurance in a form and amount covering Lessee's fulf liability under the Workers' Compensation Act of the State of California as amended from time to time.
