Lessar and Lessee shall execute, on request, all other <br /> documents and instruments as #he other party shall reasonably request, which <br /> are reasonably required to carry out obligatians imposed under, and affect the <br /> purposes of, this Agreement. <br /> 28.13 Counterparts: Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile and/or <br /> in ane ar more counterparts, each of whic� shall be deemed an original, and a�i <br /> of whici� taken tagether sha11 canstitute one a�d the same instrument. <br /> 28.14 Governing Law. This Lease shall be governed and construed in accordance with <br /> the statutes and laws of the State of California. <br /> 28.15 Venue. INSURANCE R�QUIREMENTS <br /> 29.1 Prior to the opening date, Lessee must provide Lessor the follawing insurance <br /> requirements. Lessee at its sole cost and expense, shall insure its activities in <br /> connection with this Agreement and obtain, keep in force and maintain insurance <br /> as follows: <br /> (a) Comprehensive or Commercial Form General Liability Insurance that is at <br /> least as broad as the Insurance Service Office (ISO} Form No. CG QO 01 <br /> (contractual liability and fire legal liabilify included} with mirtimum limi#s as <br /> follows <br /> 1. Each Occurrence: One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) <br /> 2. Products/Completed Operations Aggregate: One Million Dollars <br /> ($1,000,000) <br /> 3. General Aggregate: Two Million Dollars {$2,000,000} <br /> 4. Fire �egal Liability to at least One Million Dallars ($1,000,000) <br /> (b) Business Automobile Liability Inssarance that is at least as braad as the <br /> 1S0 Form No, CA 00 01 for owned, scheduled, non-owned, or hired <br /> automabiles with a combined single limit of not less than One Million <br /> Dollars ($1,000,000) peroccurrence. <br /> (c) Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability lnsurance in a form and <br /> amount covering Lessee's fulf liability under the Workers' Compensation <br /> Act of the State of California as amended from time to time. <br /> ATTYIAGR/2007.067 16 <br /> 090407 <br />
